Candidate search
We quickly identify availability and skills match from more than 30,000 pre-screened consultants nationwide. In addition, we use local and national job boards, the IBS website, and attend job fairs and networking events. A sampling of consultant roles includes project managers, solutions practice managers, systems engineers, architects, web developers, analysts, programmers and quality assurance.
Skills assessment
Our professional computerized testing tool assesses skills in more than 150 technology areas. In some cases, current IBS consultants with knowledge in the same technology also assist in the qualification process.
Interviews
