IBS respects the privacy and security of its users. IBS does not distribute, sell, share, or otherwise divulge information gathered about users on this site to parties not affiliated with IBS. Our goal is to use the information voluntarily given or otherwise divulged to enhance users' experiences. Please note that any information or material sent to IBS will be deemed NOT to be confidential. We will use our best business efforts to ensure that the information you submit to IBS remains private, and is used only for the purposes as set forth below.
If you visit our site to browse, or to read or download information such as company information, services, images, or press releases:
We collect and store the following: the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet (for example, aol.com or princeton.edu); the Internet protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using; the browser software you use and your operating system; the date and time you access our site; and the Internet address of the web site from which you linked directly to our site.
We use this information to measure the number of visitors to the different sections of our site, and to help us make our site more useful. Generally, we intend to delete this information after one year.
We do not use "cookies" on this public site.
When you choose to identify yourself to us, we add your information to our online visitor database. This information may be used by IBS to help provide products and services that meet our customer needs. Unsolicited resumes are used immediately. If no proper match is found they may be kept on file for an extended period of time (up to 12 months).
Should you choose to submit an unsolicited resume IBS will review the resume and if the resume reflects skill sets IBS can use we might contract you directly to discuss opportunities with IBS. IBS might also submit the unsolicited resume to IBS clients.
Information attained by the site is used only for the intended purpose stated at the time that the information is collected. We will make a sincere effort to respond to your requests to correct personal information inaccuracies in a timely manner.
It is IBS policy to only disclose information to third parties under the following circumstances:

Despite the best efforts of IBS to protect your personal information, IBS cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, or to or from our online services or links to third party sites. If you send us an email you should know that email is not necessarily secure against interception.
Children. IBS understands the importance of protecting children's privacy. The IBS sites covered by this privacy statement are not intentionally designed for or are they directed at children. It is IBS policy to never knowingly collect nor to maintain information about anyone classified as a child under and in accordance with US Federal Law, country law, any state law or any community standard.
