IBS is committed to helping people improve their lives. As a global company, we support activities in the communities where we live and work as well as internationally.
We fund educational scholarships, provide hands-on help in our communities and donate to organizations that help others in need. We believe strongly in giving less fortunate people the tools they need to survive and prosper.
IBS encourages employees to volunteer and we're proud of their efforts. Our employees gladly participate by running or walking for charities, donating toys for needy families at Christmas, donating their time to build houses, helping an elderly person with home repairs and in many other worthy causes.
Below are just a few of the local, national and international organizations that IBS and its employees support:

Our donations have helped students in several countries by providing tuition, books and uniforms. We recently assisted Educate the Children in equipping a computer lab with refurbished computers in a school in Kuch, India, and equipping a remote mission school in Ujjain, India, with a school bus.
IBS-Rwanda Village

IBS is leading the funding of a project to help poor children in Rwanda who were orphaned by the 1994 genocide or who have been affected by the HIV/AIDS pandemic. The three-year project encompasses providing the means for self-sufficiency for 500 people, including children and their extended families.
Staff is recruited locally and the grass-roots effort uses low-cost, innovative solutions to help families meet their basic needs through income-generating activities. Additional aid includes funding for children's education, vocational training, medical support, food supplements and HIV/AIDS education and counseling.
IBS is leading fundraising efforts to support one village in FXB's 6 Villages program. For additional information, visit www.ibs-rwanda.org.
